Freeride Revival
While MX OEM v0.19.0 was primarily developed for the competition scene, we noticed that some freeride elements became more challenging. After hearing your feedback, we decided to release a streamlined version of MX OEM v0.18.3a, designed to run alongside our main MX OEM pack.
Freeride OEM is essentially MX OEM v0.18.3a but limited to 21 bikes: MX1, MX1-2T, and Classics, all grouped under their own “Freeride OEM” category.
We made this decision for those who still want to enjoy their favorite freeride tracks or continue their bikelife gameplay as they are used to. While MX OEM v0.19.0 introduced many changes aimed at racing, it also brought some drawbacks for freeride and bikelife enthusiasts.
Please note, this pack will NOT receive regular updates or be maintained for future game patches. It’s intended solely as a “bridge” between MX OEM v0.19.0 and whatever comes next.
Additional Changes
- MX1, MX1-2T and Classic bikes have been renamed with the “FREERIDE” prefix.
- Categories have been changed to “Freeride OEM.”
- The file
p_mx
has been renamed tooem_freeride
. - Tires used in the game’s gfx and cfg files have been updated to
oem_freeride
.
