It’s finally here!

Although the road here has been difficult – the Project OEM v0.19.1 MX update is here! We’re pleased to present a number of changes, mostly focusing on the visual aspect of the pack, as well as the performance of the bikes.

Something that we believe everyone will be happy to hear – the Triumph TF 250-X, Triumph TF 450-RC, and Beta 450 RX are all now included in the pack. Alongside this, we’ve updated the Fantic XXF 250 and Fantic XXF 450 bike models, bringing them to their respective 2025 states. Another major change is that we’ve updated all of the MX1/MX2 4t bikes dynos, gearing, and engine braking. This means that they now have their stock 2025 dynos, plus their new Race maps, and new gearing options (more below). Lastly, fairly big change is that we’ve updated the bike camera positions, helping to make them more uniform across the entire pack.

Performance

• Stock Engine maps
  • All MX1/MX2 4t bikes have now received their updated stock 2025 dynos. This means that these bikes will perform like modern machines, even if they’re visually “outdated”. This means that bikes that are named “2023”, or “2024” will still have the most up-to-date physics and dyno attached to them. As a reminder – we only change a bikes name once the model changes. This allows us to update the bikes without users needing to move their paints folder each update.
• Race Engine maps (MX1/MX2 4t ONLY)
  • BRAND NEW! As an optional extra, we’ve included a new engine mapping called “Race“. This map gives each bike a slight boost on it’s dyno, allowing every bike in a respective class to be able to reach the same MAX torque. This is achieved by scaling each bikes stock dyno by a specific amount to reach the intended torque. Finally, these “Race” mappings are engine class dependant – all MX1’s are scaled to their respective value, then all MX2’s are scaled to their own respective value, etc.
• Gearbox Gear ratios
  • BRAND NEW! Alongside the changes that we’ve made on our engine dynos, we’ve also reworked our gearbox gear ratio options. This has allowed us to open up the individual gears and let people adjust them to their own preference. This allows you to create a very long 2nd gear, or a very short 5th gear, or whatever you’d like! This change should allow a much greater range of freedom when it comes to adjusting your bike to suit particular tracks.
• Engine braking
  • As we’ve had many pieces of feedback stating there’s a lack of engine braking, we’ve decided to recalculate the value and try improve the feeling. This has led us to our new values, which we believe give a more intense and measurable feeling of engine braking. This has also helped add more wheel load to the rear wheel, helping to decrease the sudden loss of traction upon deceleration. Finally, the front wheel also has minor increased wheel load, resulting in a reported minor increase in front wheel traction.

    • Improved low end power and throttle response.
    • Recalculated engine braking – Increase in engine brake feeling.
  • Gearbox:
    • ALL MX1 4t gear ratios available throughout the class (350/450)
    • ALL MX2 4t gear ratios available throughout the class (250/300f)
    • GasGas 4t models no longer have quick shift.

• Physics
  • Full GasGas model range has updated geometry.
    • Brings the GG’s closer in-line to the KTM group.
  • Minor physics changes to make 2t models geometry closer to their 4t counterparts.
  • Yamaha/Fantic 2t suspension and geometry fixes.
    • Suspension explosion prevention!

• Visual
  • Cameras:
    • Updated camera positions to be more uniform across the entire OEM pack.

• Miscellaneous
  • Updated power output / bike weight information in the garage menu.
  • Removed ‘Yamaha YZF 250 2023’ from the pack

  • All classes: OEM MX IS 80/100-21
• Rear Tyres:
  • MX1: 110/90 and 120/80
  • MX2: 100/90 and 110/90
